Registration for the 2022 Fall Mini Sessions will begin at 7am Central Time on Sunday, August 28th. Sign up will occur on a first come, first served basis and must be done through the website. A timeslot will not be considered "reserved" until the $50.00 retainer has been paid and checkout is complete.

Mel Anne Designs' 2022 Fall Mini Sessions will take place on Saturday, October 1st, 2022 in the Germantown and/or Jackson area. As the session date draws nearer, I will be checking the possible locations for best fall color and conditions. You will receive an email approximately one week prior to the session to let you know exactly where your session will be taking place and where I will meet you.

Final edits will be ready and delivered by way of an online gallery within 2-3 weeks of the session occuring. All final edited images (approximate 8-15) will be able to be downloaded one time at full resolution by way of the email address which was used to pay for the session. These downloads come with a full print release to allow for you to print and use them however you wish. Prints, enlargements, canvases, etc. may also be purchased directly through the online gallery.

A $50.00 retainer will be required in order to reserve your timeslot. This amount will be paid online during the checkout process. The remaining $125.00 will then be due upon your arrival for your session and can be paid by cash, check made payable to Mel Anne Designs or Venmo.

Should unforeseen circumstances occur on your end of things (such as illness or another emergency), this $50.00 will be retained for a period of 6 months and then applied to a future full length session with Mel Anne Designs. If another session is not scheduled within this 6 month period, the retainer will be forfeited.

Should inclement weather (determined by the photographer) prevent the mini session from occuring, sessions will take place at the same time and place on Sunday, October 9th. If you are unable to make this rain date, the $50.00 retainer will then be held as in the instance above to be applied to a full length session of your choosing for a period of 6 months. If another session is not scheduled withing this 6 month period, the retainer will be forefeited.

Due to the quick and simplistic nature of these sessions, (6) is the maximum number of people who can be involved in one session. Should you have more than (6), you may book back-to-back mini sessions (for a total of $350 with a $100 retainer required to book) or contact me directly to schedule a full length session.

Due to the quick and simplistic nature of these sessions, no furry friends are allowed. Should you want a photo session to include your pet(s), please reach out to me directly to schedule a full length session.

There is a slight possibility of adding more timeslots to the day if absolutely necessary. Please contact me directly if this is an issue and we can discuss options.

I ask that if anyone involved in the session is feeling unwell or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the 10 days leading up to your session, that you would please contact me to cancel and discuss options -- I also pledge to you to do the same. Mel Anne Designs will not be held liable should anyone contract the virus after a session is complete. Should you desire me to wear a mask during your session it is your responsibility to make this known prior to the session day.
