The scheduling of time slots will be done on a "first come, first served" basis. A time slot will not be considered scheduled until payment has been made and checkout is complete.
Please note the planned rain date listed. If weather prohibits the session from happening on the originally schedule date/time, sessions will be moved to the exact same time on the rain date. Refunds will not be given for inclement weather unless it occurs on both the originally scheduled date and the rain date.

Payment in full is required at time of checkout/registration in order to reserve your date and time. With the exception of inclement weather on both the originally scheduled date and the rain date or other major emergency (as determined by Mel Anne), this payment is non-refundable. Past client discounts do not apply to these abbreviated sessions.

Please plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. It is of the utmost importance that the morning/evening runs on time; therefore, please arrive "picture ready". Any client arriving more than 5 minutes after the start time for their session will be considered a "no show" and will forfeit his/her payment which has been made. If for any reason you are unable to make it to your scheduled session, please inform Mel Anne as soon as possible. If you are able to find another crew to take your place, please pass this information along as well. 

If anyone in your crew is feeling unwell or has been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the 10 days leading up to your session, Mel Anne asks that you please refrain from attending. Please be aware that in most cases this will still result in a forfeiture of your payment. Mel Anne will also not be held liable should anyone contract the virus after his/her session is complete.
